ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Dale, your Rockstar Virtual Assistant. Prior to jumping into this career, I used to work as a Call Center Agent here in the Philippines since 2012 for Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales.

Then, I entered the freelancing world last October 2019. I’ve completed some jobs in Upwork related to my expertise. I had some appointment setting job for real estate, became a Customer Success Manager for a furniture retailer and then landed a job as a Data Analyst for an Affiliate Marketing company. So far, I enjoyed the training and learned a lot as a VA. I will surely use my new skills to level up my game as a freelancer. I can’t wait!
